以上 means "above," "more than," or "and above," placed after a number or noun to indicate everything at or beyond that threshold. It is commonly used with quantities, ages, and levels. For example, 十八岁以上 means "18 years old and above."

Zhè bù diànyǐng shìhé shí'èr suì yǐshàng de guānzhòng.
This movie is suitable for audiences aged twelve and above.
报名条件是大学本科以上学历。
Bàomíng tiáojiàn shì dàxué běnkē yǐshàng xuélì.
