    Explanation

以便 means "so that" or "in order to," used to connect an action with its intended purpose or facilitated outcome. It is more formal than 为了 and appears frequently in written Chinese and instructions. For example, 请提前到达,以便我们准时开始 means "please arrive early so that we can start on time."
