Explanation
The adverb 刚刚 (gānggāng) means "just now" or "a moment ago" and indicates that an action was completed very recently. It is placed before the verb to emphasize how little time has passed since the action occurred.
Examples
他刚刚出去，你晚了一步。
Tā gānggāng chūqù, nǐ wǎn le yī bù.
He just went out; you missed him by a step.
