春节
春节 (Chūnjié), the Spring Festival, is the most important traditional holiday in China, marking the beginning of the Chinese lunar new year. Celebrations include family reunions, special meals, fireworks, and giving red envelopes (红包). It typically falls in January or February on the Gregorian calendar.
