Explanation
船只 (chuánzhī) means "boat," "ship," or "vessel" and is a formal collective term for watercraft. It is more formal than 船 alone and is commonly used in news reports, maritime contexts, and official documents. It often appears when discussing shipping, migration by sea, or naval operations.
