    Explanation

    现有 (xiànyǒu) means "existing" or "currently available" and is used as an attributive adjective to describe resources, systems, or conditions that are already in place. It always precedes the noun it modifies and cannot stand alone as a predicate. It is common in formal writing, business plans, and technical documents.

    Examples

    • 我们应该充分利用现有的资源。

      wǒmen yīnggāi chōngfèn lìyòng xiànyǒu de zīyuán.

      We should make full use of existing resources.

    • 现有的方案已经不能满足客户的需求了。

      xiànyǒu de fāng'àn yǐjīng bù néng mǎnzú kèhù de xūqiú le.

      The existing plan can no longer meet the client's needs.

    • 在现有条件下，这已经是最好的结果了。

      zài xiànyǒu tiáojiàn xià, zhè yǐjīng shì zuì hǎo de jiéguǒ le.

      Under existing conditions, this is already the best result.
