    关于 + Topic + (的 + Noun)

    Explanation

    关于 means "about," "regarding," or "concerning" and introduces the topic of discussion. It is placed at the beginning of a sentence or before the topic noun. For example, 关于这个问题 means "regarding this issue" and 关于中国的书 means "a book about China."
