Explanation
The adjective 遗落 (yíluò) means 'left behind' or 'lost,' describing items that were accidentally dropped or forgotten somewhere. It can also function as a verb meaning 'to leave behind' or 'to lose.' It is commonly used when talking about personal belongings that were inadvertently left at a location, as in 遗落在山上的手机 (a phone left behind on the mountain).
