Topic + , + Comment
In Chinese, the full-width comma (,) is used to separate a topic phrase at the beginning of a sentence from the comment that follows. The topic sets the scene or introduces what the sentence is about, while the rest of the sentence provides information about it. For example, 今年春天,中国各地的赏花旅游格外火爆 places the time topic before the main statement.
