    Expressing 'absolutely' with 绝对 (juéduì)

    Degree & Intensity
    Emphasis

    Structure

    Subject + 绝对 + Verb/Adjective

    Explanation

绝对 (juéduì) means "absolutely" or "definitely" and is used as an adverb to express strong certainty or emphasis. It often appears before verbs or adjectives to reinforce the speaker's conviction. When combined with negation words like 不 or 不会, it conveys a firm denial, as in 绝对不会 ("absolutely would not").
