Explanation
The adverb 怎样 (zěnyàng) means "how," "in what way," or "no matter how." It can be used to ask about the manner of an action or, when paired with 不管 or 无论, to express "no matter how" or "regardless."

nǐ dǎsuàn zěnyàng qìngzhù nǐ de shēngrì?
