Explanation
爱 (ài) means "to love" and expresses deep affection for people, things, or activities. It can be followed by a noun, as in 爱家人 (to love family), or a verb, as in 爱吃 (to love eating). Compared to 喜欢, 爱 conveys a stronger and deeper feeling.
Examples
我爱我的爸爸妈妈。
Wǒ ài wǒ de bàba māma.
I love my mom and dad.
她很爱唱歌，每天都要唱几首。
Tā hěn ài chànggē, měi tiān dōu yào chàng jǐ shǒu.
